RESPONSIBILITIES

To prepare, coordinate, supervise the Board of Conference.
To host a board meeting at least once a month.
To establish theme and develop a day full of events.
To contact venues, facilitators, speakers and performers for the program.
To update the organization on the progress of event planning.
To prepare, coordinate functions and supervise the Senior Day if it is decided a Senior Day will be put on by AASA.
To be supervised by the Vice President of External Affairs.
